Software your team can run, for the work you do every day.

I build data systems, internal tools and apps, especially where the data is sensitive or the connection drops out.

What I build

Data systems that replace paper and spreadsheets

Each entry is checked as it's made, and a photo of a paper form can fill in the data for staff to check.

Dashboards and insights

Each team, site and program sees how it's doing and where to improve.

Your rules built into the tools

Your program's rules and strategies go into the screens your staff use, so new staff in any role are ready sooner.

Configurable client-facing apps

An app for your program’s clients, set up from your plan and goals: their next session, check-ins, messages to their coach and their progress.

Data in from photos and spreadsheets

A photo of a paper form or your own Excel or CSV file comes in matched to your fields, even when the column names differ.

HIPAA-aware apps that work offline

Two-step sign-in, access scoped by role, and desktop and phone apps that keep working when the connection drops.

Participant data CDC could accept

My work as AAPCHO’s data evaluator for PI-DPP: about 750 participants a year across 11 organizations, held through the end of the six-year project.

Lukio

The data system I built for organizations delivering sustainable health programs for underserved communities in the U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands.  It runs on desktops and phones, reads paper forms from a photo, shows dashboards, and checks the CDC file before it goes.

How we'd work

  1. Tell me what you're trying to fix

A short email is enough.  What gets in your staff's way, and what you need to report.

  2. Questions, a plan and an estimate

I learn how the tool will be used and by whom, then send a written plan with a price.

  3. Small releases you can use

Your team uses each piece as it lands, and what they notice shapes the next one.
